A bit of a designer, strategist, product person and marketer. Each service follows the same four steps as my model GHaaS: insight, tactics, production and distribution.
When: growth has stalled, or the brand says one thing while the business does another.
You get: a data review, positioning, target groups and a prioritised plan.
Effect: a shared direction that business, culture and brand can follow.
Where are your customers actually, and what does the data say about what has already happened? What do you want to be known for in three years?
When: the organisation grows faster than its ways of working, or AI is used in fifteen different ways.
You get: workshops, guidelines, roadmaps and someone who owns the question.
Effect: growth that doesn’t crack the culture on the way.
Who owns this, and what are we deliberately not going to do? What do the people doing the work already know that we are missing?
When: the message is right but nobody feels anything.
You get: concepts, film, campaigns and copy where the story comes first.
Effect: content people remember, made with ninety percent story and ten percent message.
What is the story, and who is it for? What should they feel before they read a single word of message?
When: you pay for reach that disappears as soon as the budget runs out.
You get: channel set-up, ads, funnels, tracking and follow-up.
Effect: lower cost per result and data you can act on.
Where do your customers already spend time, and what does a result cost you today? What can we measure honestly?
Got an idea that needs some pushback, an organisation growing too fast or a message that needs to get out? Write a few lines and I’ll get back to you.
