INSIGHT
Read the data and understand what is happening.
I’ve always had two sides. One is idealistic and human-centric: real conversations, people who feel lonely, trust that can’t be faked. The other is entrepreneurial and creative: building, testing, launching and making the numbers move. Good marketing needs both.
Algorithms → contentTransaction → relationshipArtificial → authentic
The left half is mine: the judgement, the taste and the relationships. The right half is the machine: fast, tireless and very good at drafts.
I let the machine do the heavy lifting and keep the deciding on my side. That is the whole arrangement, and it is also why every page here says who reviewed it.
GHaaS is my model for growth. It’s a method, not a company: what matters is how it’s used. It connects what the data says about the past with a vision of the future, and balances strategy, quantity and quality.
THE FILM — 60 SECONDS
AI makes everything faster: 47 ideas in three seconds, none of them tested. It sounds like magic. It isn’t. The film then walks through the method, from insight and tactics to a plan you can act on, and ends on GHaaS by Tentactic: proven, practical, a method and not a company.
VIEW 01 — THE LOOP
The order of work: insight, tactics, production, distribution, then back to insight.
Read the data and understand what is happening.
Turn insight into clear priorities and plans.
Create content, campaigns and assets worth caring about.
Reach the right audience, follow up and optimise.

VIEW 02 — THE FIELD
The same four steps as tensions to balance: what the data says about the past against a vision of the future, and strategy against quantity and quality.
VIEW 03 — CHANGE IN PRACTICE
Growth and change rarely move in a straight line. This is the shape of most real projects, generalised: early spikes, a long flat stretch where it would be easy to give up, then compounding.
The operator stack is the set of tools I work in, not integrations in your systems. AI helps with analysis and drafts. A human decides, approves and stays accountable.
Every campaign runs the same loop: package, plan, produce, publish, optimise and evaluate.
Since 2012 I’ve built three marketing departments from scratch and launched hundreds of digital campaigns. At Humly, an app for substitute staffing, we went from about 50 candidates a month at €50 per acquisition in early 2018 to more than 600 a month at €3 in mid 2019.
Better to scatter and pour, than guard a single lonely core.
Got an idea that needs some pushback, an organisation growing too fast or a message that needs to get out? Write a few lines and I’ll get back to you.
